Mission Statement
Forge Wellness is committed to promoting healthy living through enjoying nutritious, natural food, optimizing movement, and living intentionally.
Vision
Through education, guidance, and motivation, Forge Wellness empowers people to take control of their health through developing physical, mental, spiritual, and social wellness instead of following the disastrous path of the standard American diet and lifestyle, which leads people down a path of declining quality of life and shortened healthspan.
Purpose
Forge Wellness exists to lead individuals along the path God has planned for them to experience ongoing personal growth and development by prioritizing physical, spiritual, mental, and social wellness.
Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity
Dr. Peter Attia
“Health insurance companies won't pay a doctor very much to tell a patient to change the way he eats or to monitor his blood glucose levels in order to help prevent him from developing type 2 diabetes. Yet insurance will pay for this same patient's very expensive insulin after he has been diagnosed. Similarly, there is no billing code for putting a patient on a comprehensive exercise program designed to maintain her muscle mass and sense of balance while building her resistance to injury, but if she falls and breaks her hip, then her surgery and physical therapy will be covered. Nearly all the money flows to treatment rather than prevention. And when I say prevention, I mean prevention of human suffering. Continuing to ignore health span as we've been doing not only condemns people to a sick and miserable older age, but is guaranteed to bankrupt us eventually."

The Impact of Wellness

“Scott helped me stay on the court during the last three years of my college basketball career. His guidance has been invaluable for me, and I’m excited that he’s started Forge Wellness to promote physical, mental, and spiritual health. I expect Forge Wellness to help so many people be stronger, more effective, and more resilient. He doesn’t just promote wellness, he lives it!”

In a battle with chronic knee pain and various shoulder injuries, Scott helped guide me through recovery and stability. What set Scott above most trainers wasn’t only his medical experience, but his genuineness and true passion to help. Scott gave me a lot of great advice over the years to better myself as a person and live a healthier lifestyle, a lot of which I still follow on a day to day basis. Between the top tier training and the meaningful conversations, Scott was a very influential part of a successful career for me.
